- Branding
Stop sounding like every other company in your category
Positioning, voice, and visual identity that makes your company look and sound like the obvious choice. Brand work that actually moves pipeline, not just wins design awards.
- The problem
The vendor shortlist problem
Your prospects are comparing you against 5 or 6 vendors in a shortlist. Most of the time, you all look and sound the same. Same claims, same language, same visual vocabulary. The winner is usually the one with the clearest positioning, not the best product.
"We keep losing deals to competitors who aren't actually better than us. We just can't explain why we're different."
Branding is not a new logo. It's the reason a buyer chooses you over a competitor when the features are roughly equivalent. The work starts with what you stand for and who you serve, then translates that into voice, story, and visual identity. Everything else is downstream of positioning.
- What we do
Positioning first, design second
Most branding engagements start with a logo and work backwards. That’s why so many rebrands fail. We start with positioning and let everything else flow from there.
01
Discovery and competitive analysis
Interviews with your leadership, sales team, and best customers. Analysis of how your 5 or 6 closest competitors are positioning themselves. Identification of the white space where you can actually own a position.
02
Positioning statement and value props
Core positioning statement, value propositions by persona, and messaging hierarchy. The foundation that every other marketing activity builds on. Tested with real buyers before we finalize it.
03
Brand voice and story development
How your company sounds in writing, on calls, and in content. Documented voice guidelines with examples, do-s and don't-s, and a tone spectrum. Not a 50-page deck nobody reads.
04
Visual identity and style guidelines
Logo refinement, color palette, typography, photography direction, and visual systems. A complete style guide that scales across website, ads, decks, and social.
05
Brand rollout across channels
Applying the new positioning and visual identity across your website, sales decks, social profiles, email signatures, and ad creative. Brand work that actually ships, not a style guide that sits in a Dropbox folder.
06
Ongoing brand management
After rollout, we maintain brand consistency across everything your team produces. Content reviews, ad approvals, new asset creation. Your brand stays coherent as the company grows.

- FAQ
What people ask about Branding
Is this just a new logo and a color palette?
No. Visual identity is one piece, but the bigger work is positioning and messaging. A new logo on top of muddled positioning still leaves you looking like every other vendor. We start with what you stand for and who you serve, then translate that into voice, story, and visual identity.
How long does a branding engagement take?
A complete branding engagement typically runs 8 to 12 weeks. Discovery and positioning take 3 to 4 weeks, voice and messaging another 2 to 3 weeks, visual identity 3 to 4 weeks, and rollout planning the final week. Faster timelines are possible for narrower scopes (just messaging, just visual refresh).
Do you redesign our website as part of branding?
Website redesign is a separate engagement under our Web Development service. Branding produces the strategy and assets that guide a website redesign, but it doesn’t include the actual rebuild. Many clients run both engagements in parallel, with branding feeding into web development.
Will you work with our existing brand assets or start from scratch?
Both options are available. Some companies need a complete refresh because nothing is working. Others have strong elements they want to preserve and just need cohesion across them. We assess what’s worth keeping during discovery and recommend the path forward based on what actually serves your business.
How do we know the new positioning will resonate with our buyers?
We test it. Before we finalize positioning, we run it past actual customers, prospects, and your sales team. If the messaging doesn’t trigger recognition or interest in the people you’re trying to reach, we go back and refine. Positioning that hasn’t been tested with real buyers is just a guess.
